Interview

How long have you been involved in music and how did you decide to start?

I started playing music at the tender age of 6 - even then the sound of the piano captivated me with its timbre and possibilities.

Which song do you remember most vividly from your childhood?

What I remember most vividly from my childhood is Rachmaninoff's second concerto - it was the first tune that truly inspired me to immerse myself in the world of music. Who are the artists you have listened to and played the most? I most often play and listen to works by Beethoven, Liszt and Chopin - their music allows me to express the depth of my emotional world with every note.

Which musical style are you most advanced in?

My forte is classical music - it allows me to immerse myself in an atmosphere that brings immense inspiration and freedom of interpretation.

What does music give you?

Happiness and it gives me the absolute freedom to express my thoughts in a unique way.

Why did you decide to start teaching music?

I decided to start teaching because I truly love music and want to share my love with others. I also believe that music has the power to change anyone's life and I want to help young musicians discover that love for themselves.

What is the most important thing to learn in music?

The most important thing to learn in music is how to feel and understand the emotions an artist is presenting to us. What is RockSchool to you? RockSchool to me is a place where music is joyfully learned and where everyone can develop their talents in a friendly environment.

What music is valuable to you?

Valuable music to me is music that touches the soul and leaves a lasting impression - regardless of genre.

What's the most extravagant thing you've listened to lately?

The most extravagant thing I've listened to lately is an experimental project in which a famous conductor interprets classical music using only kitchen utensils as instruments.

Do you have a dream related to music?

My dream is to continue to develop as a musician and teacher and to inspire others to find their own path in life and music.
