The bear ran away, but the next day it came again. It came every day for weeks, months, years. And day by day the sounds the thing made became more and more beautiful. The bear grew up, became a bear. One day the bear realized that the thing was a piano, and he became a virtuoso pianist. Music took him to the big, shiny city. There the bear had everything he could wish for – admirers, fame, wealth. But deep down he felt a strange pain...
